Share Offer Extended - Deadline - 24 October 2025

Following a meeting of the directors, we’ve taken the decision to extend the campaign today until Friday 24th October 2025 in line with the terms of our share offer.

This wasn’t taken lightly, but the past few weeks have shown a remarkable surge in interest from both music fans and industry allies. The last 48 hours alone brought in a wave of support and major contributions.

As a result, we’ve been invited to key meetings throughout August and September, and we believe we’ve only scratched the surface of what’s possible. Extending the offer gives us time to explore new opportunities and reach more people across the UK.

We are blown away by the incredible response to the latest phase of our share offer. So far, over 700 people have invested, and the campaign has raised £1,067,250 to protect and secure the future of grassroots music venues.

To put that in context: it took almost 11 months to reach this milestone in our first campaign. This time? Just over 2 months. That’s the power of a growing movement, and a community that believes in taking action.

What Your Support Has Already Made Possible

Thanks to the funds already raised, we’re now in a position to advance the process of acquiring some of the venues we've highlighted during this campaign.

Due to the commercial nature of these negotiations, we can’t publicly share which venues are involved just yet. Premature disclosure could put deals at risk, but rest assured, the Board is handling each opportunity with care, caution, and commitment to our mission.

Member Confirmations and Share Certificates

If you invested before the initial deadline on 31st July 2025, you’ll be officially confirmed as a member in August and receive your Share Certificate that month.

We will be in touch over the coming weeks with updates and you will be added to our members mailout.

You will not be penalised by the extended offer period with regard to any future potential interest payments. You’ll also be eligible to attend our Annual General Meeting in October 2025, a milestone moment in our shared journey.
