Share Offer #2 – Coming Soon with Fresh Funding Support

We’re excited to confirm that we’re now actively preparing for our second community share offer, which we plan to launch in May and have already attained the Community Shares Standard Mark for the offer.

We’ve already secured additional financial support to help us get ready and reach even more people including;

• A grant from the Co-operatives UK Booster Fund will help us build campaign momentum and connect with a wider community of potential investors.

• Support from the Social Investment Business Reach Fund is enabling us to sharpen our offer and increase accessibility.

We’re once again partnering with Crowdfunder, whose platform was essential in delivering our first successful offer and we’re working closely with Music Venue Trust to coordinate the campaign, and we’ve been working for the last 6 months with venues and their operators who will be part of this next wave of Music Venue Properties. We have an amazing portfolio of new venues that we are aiming to secure and would love to involve you in spreading the word about Music Venue Properties.

The current Share Offer, which launched in 2022, is due to close at the end of April 2025.
