3 more venues welcomed to Own Our Venues Campaign & Deadline Extended

We’re very happy to welcome Northern Guitars (Leeds), Gut Level (Sheffield), and Little Buildings (Newcastle) to the 'Own Our Venues' campaign.

These additions deepen the regional reach of the project and strengthen Music Venue Properties’ mission to secure some of the UK’s most vital grassroots music spaces through community ownership.

In response to growing momentum, and to allow more music fans to invest, particularly from these venues’ communities, we’re extending the deadline for community share investment to 14 November 2025.

Please note: The Lubber Fiend (Newcastle), originally part of the campaign, is no longer being pursued for acquisition due to changes in its ownership situation.
